Delhi NCR, India Shipping -> 2-3 business days

Outside NCR, India Shipping ->  3-5 business days

International Shipping -> 7-14 business days

On rare occasion, orders will ship or be delivered outside this time frame, depending upon the availability of a particular product or change in courier policies or due to public holidays.We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in New Delhi,India

Pre-Order items ship in the time period above after their given release date. We may split your order into multiple shipments to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.

All International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, SpeedPost or our Partnered delivery companies worldwide at Akucchi's discretion. Akucchi is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Orders

All international packages are shipped via FedEx, DHL, SpeedPost or our Partnered delivery companies at Akucchi's discretion. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Akucchi assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Return Policy

Want to return order ? No problem.

Ordered a wrong model/size? Not satisfied with the product? The product doesn't match the ordered product? Received a damaged/broken product? Call / Whatsapp or email us and we will have your order undergo an easy and quick return process.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within 3 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 5-day-timeframe for a store credit. To claim an exchange for a product, please get in touch with us as soon as you take delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. Akucchi is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. 

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email "connect@akucchi.com" with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted, it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
